European Growth Management (EGM) is a company, based in Istanbul, Turkey, specialized in providing corporate finance and investment advisory services to European strategic investors, often under LBO with Private Equity (PE) funds.  EGM provides a full range of M&A Advisory services across all industries, from identifying the right acquisition target, the evaluation of the company, through to the negotiations until the deal closing.

EGM is based in Istanbul and its geographical focus is on Turkey, however thanks to our regional experience and network of partner consultants, we also develop cross border deals in Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
